Energy efficiency projects in our premises

Incorporation of adaptive control system (APC) and bluebox. Number of equipment to be implemented: 4 pieces of equipment consisting of an adaptive process control system (APC) and bluebox connectivity system in 4 existing injection moulding machines.

Incorporation of energy saving and efficiency devices in the replacement of the Husky injection moulding machine with a Krauss Maffei injection moulding machine. The incorporation of production with this new injection moulding machine allows a reduction in energy consumption quantified by the manufacturer of 20%.

It is intended to replace a total of approximately 582 luminaires in a set of 13 areas of the company, mainly production areas. In addition, it is also intended to install the necessary lighting regulation and control systems with a total of approximately 83 devices including sensors, adapters, wifi communicators and DALI control gateways.
