You can now view and download the Environmental Product Reports (EPRs) for our luminaires directly from each product page on our website.
What is an Environmental Product Report?
An EPR is a type II document as defined by EN ISO 14021, that provides key environmental information about a product. In the case of ZALUX, it includes:
- Material composition: the quantity and weight percentage of the materials used in our luminaires.
- Environmental impact: measured in Carbon Footprint (kg CO₂ equivalent) and Recipe (millipoints).
To calculate this impact, we perform a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), which evaluates all stages of the product’s life—from raw material extraction to production, transportation, use, and end-of-life.
