ZALUX joins the UN Global Compact Spain
Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative and reflects organizations' commitment to universal ethical values and principles.
Joining the UN Global Compact means that at ZALUX, we commit to aligning our operations with Ten Universally Accepted Principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, the environment, and anti-corruption, and to taking action in support of the United Nations objectives, currently embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In doing so, we join thousands of companies worldwide and commit to responsible corporate actions to build a more sustainable future.
There are currently more than 25,400 member organizations in over 160 countries. In Spain, more than 1,800 organizations have joined the initiative, making us one of the national networks with the largest number of entities and, therefore, one of the most relevant internationally.
